Welcome to NotefeedLM, a service provided by Xeio Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 8134729). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Service" refers to NotefeedLM, a software-as-a-service product.

1.2 "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.

1.3 "Xeio Ltd" refers to the provider of the Service, registered in England and Wales.

1.4 "Paddle" refers to the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller of paid subscriptions.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Users may upload one audio overview for free. Beyond this, additional uploads require a paid subscription.

2.2 Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2.3 Users acknowledge that this Service is not affiliated with Google, nor is it an official Google service. Xeio Ltd is an independent entity and has no association with Google.

2.4 Users accept and acknowledge that the Service may be subject to interruptions, errors, or downtime. Xeio Ltd will make reasonable efforts to minimize such disruptions.

2.5 Users accept and acknowledge that podcast feeds by their nature are not private and may be accessed by others if their unique podcast feed address is shared or otherwise becomes public.

2.6 Users agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the Service.
  • Uploading content that is illegal or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile the Service.
  • Using the Service for any commercial purpose without permission.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts the Service or its servers.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Impersonating another person or entity.
  • Sharing login credentials, podcast feed addresses, or bookmarklets with other individuals.

3. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

3.1 Paid subscriptions are managed by Paddle who act as Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's buyer terms available here.

3.2 All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3.4 Xeio Ltd reserves the right to change the subscription pricing at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content provided through the Service is owned by Xeio Ltd or its licensors.

4.2 Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without express permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

5.2 Xeio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5.3 Users acknowledge that Xeio Ltd is not responsible for any content generated by Google NotebookLM or any other third-party service.

5.4 Xeio Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of data or content uploaded to the Service.

5.5 Xeio Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business interruption.

5.6 Xeio Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Indemnification

6.1 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xeio Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of the Service.

7. Termination

7.1 Xeio Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at its sole discretion, without notice, including for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 Xeio Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
